The best original style hacks are to take classics and flip them. Take the chic effortless all black #ootd and make it all cream.
Of course there are significant downsides to dressing like a butter stick. No coffee, no tea and definitely no spaghetti Bolognese.
(This new way of dressing might just be my next diet ritual)
But the up sides are a chic new way to approach monochromatic style. As much as the all black look is inspired by Parisian women: Effortlessly chic and only adding a velvety red lip for colour, the all cream also has a birth place. Sweden. All cream outfits swarmed Copenhagen and Stockholm fashion weeks as beautiful Scandinavian people who naturally have the hair I spend so much time and money to achieve (life is unfair) descend on the cities. It has got us all ditching bright colours from our wardrobes and replacing them with tones mimicking those 7 pound Ikea coffee tables we all own.
White is luxurious, an eye catching look with a neutral colour palette. When styling this kind of look I feel its important to go for varying shades, some creams, some stark whites and some gold accessories to avoid looking as though you've dressed in an Olaf from frozen costume.
You can always add a white bag and shoes to complete the head to toe look but I’ve opted for neutral snake print and a dark brown bag (I find black too harsh for this look, plus I'd just got my vintage Fendi out of the box when shooting this)
